I think this is best gamepad app for an android phone because with this app you can control PC game with an android phone without to plugin USB connection and without an internet connection. To use this app you need Bluetooth or wifi connection on your PC. Remember server application is available only for windows users. Some PC or Laptop don't have wireless Bluetooth connection so don't worry about that you can still use wifi connection without an internet connection. So to do that follow my step.
1. First Download game servers to this link http://bit.ly/2kKWtb9 after download, install in your PC.
2. Now go to Google Play Store and search for Mobile Gamepad or direct link download and install on your phone.
3. After installing this app turn off your mobile data or wifi connection in your phone then turn on your Portable Wifi hotspot.
4. Now turn on wifi connection on your PC when you have connected.
5. Open Mobile Game Sever in PC which you have to installed before and write IP show in it to your phone.
Now you have connected your Pc to phone. Use this gamepad to control PC game on your phone.
Add game to game list and run games from a mobile app. You can add own custom keys with each game in the game list. You can use your device volume buttons to control windows volume.
The best thing about this app gives you the ability to use device accelerometer to play games.
